Single-orifice exhaust valve
I. Introduction:
The QB1 single-port air vent valve is mainly used on small-diameter pipes with a diameter of φ50-200, serving the function of exhausting air from the pipes to prevent air trapping and air resistance in the pipelines. For example, when a water pump loses power, negative pressure may occur in the pipeline at any time; the automatic air intake feature can protect the pipeline from damage. When it is necessary to exhaust gas from the pipeline, air in the pipeline enters the valve body under the pressure of water and is discharged through the exhaust nozzle. Subsequently, water in the pipeline fills the valve body, causing the float to move upward under the buoyancy of water, blocking the exhaust nozzle and achieving self-sealing. During normal operation of the pipeline, air in the water is continuously discharged into the upper part of the valve body under pressure, forcing the float to descend and leave its original sealed position. At this point, air is discharged from the exhaust nozzle again, and then the float returns to its original position to re-seal. Therefore, during normal operation of the air vent valve, the valve remains open, and the float repeats the above actions continuously to discharge air.
II. Product Features:
1. It can exhaust gas from the pipeline, reducing resistance and saving energy.
2. When the pipeline is under negative pressure, this product can quickly and automatically intake air to prevent the pipeline from rupturing.
3. Its exhaust capacity is several times that of ordinary double-port air vent valves.
4. The float bracket is made of stainless steel, ensuring a long service life, safety and reliability.
